It just means you need to wash off the dead skin cells, that contributes to the formation of acne, more frequently than someone without acne. You will also need to change your towels and pillow cases more frequently. Try to change your pillow cases every night if you can. For body acne, a nightly change of the bed sheets might be in order as well. Tight clothes can also cause sweat to accumulate quickly, so soft and comfortable cotton clothes are recommended for sleeping. Natural fibers, like cotton, are the best fabrics to have next to your skin

Using a mild, water-soluble, oil-free and soap-free cleanser for keeping your face, neck and arms clean is important. Cleansing is the most important part of any acne skin care routine. Cleaners are the easiest and the most effective way of removing dirt, grease, pollutants and excess oil from your skin and reduces the probability of acne occurrence. Become faithful in removing your make up nightly.

If you already have acne, do not touch pimples or squeeze them. It can spread the acne underneath the skin, which causes more acne to erupt and also lead to permanent scars. Gently clean the affected area and follow the directions of the medication you are using. There are various acne skin care treatment creams and lotions available online. Sometimes it is best to buy a month or two of supplies to see the results you receive with the product. However, when you know a product works for you, try to buy in bulk if possible.
